Reliance Jio is said to be the cheapest prepaid plan company, but the state-owned telecom company BSNL has many such plans which give direct competition to Jio. One such recharge plan of BSNL is ₹ 247. Its direct competition is with Reliance Jio’s Rs 300 plan. Still, the BSNL plan offers double the data.

BSNL Rs 247 plan
BSNL’s Rs 247 plan comes with a validity of one month. In this, a total of 50 GB data is given to the customers for 30 days. Unlimited voice calling and 100 messages per day are given on all networks in the plan. Customers also get access to services like BSNL Tunes and EROS now.

Jio’s Rs 296 plan
Like BSNL, Jio’s prepaid plan also lasts for 30 days. However, half of the Jio plan i.e. 25GB data is available as compared to BSNL. Along with this, subscription of Jio apps is given in addition to unlimited voice calling, and 100 SMS / daily.

Rs 299 plan from Vi and Airtel
Vodafone Idea and Airtel offer a plan of Rs 299 to the customers. Both these plans come with a validity of 28 days and 1.5 GB data per day. Apart from this, unlimited calling and SMS are given. Even though both these plans are giving you more data, but the data available in Jio and BSNL plans does not come with a daily limit, which can be a great convenience for many customers.
